Very nice, congratulations!! Sad to hear the expo is short on Thams, but that sounds about right with the last few CA expos I've been to. I'm going to the Supershow tomorrow morning, can't wait. Hopefully rat snakes and skinks are a little more abundant.

Thank you. There was albino female but they wanted $75 for her, I saw a few rat snakes and skinks there. The show room is huge......

Back from the show. It was a lot of fun! I did come across 3 "Great Plains Garter snakes" (which I took to mean T. radix, though the seller couldn't tell me for sure) for $25 each at one table. I was VERY tempted to go for the largest, who was very colorful... But the gal said they were feeding on minnows, waxworms, and earthworms. :/ I didn't want to risk taking home a snake that may prove to be a difficult eater.

Instead I was bad and caved on a Kunisir Island Rat snake and yet another Fire skink.

The Garter I almost caved on.. This crappy cell pic doesn't do its gorgeous orange stripe justice. I almost regret not getting it..
