Weird symptoms

My female puget is vibrating and like opening and closing her mouth. last time this happened she took a giant poo then stopped. what do you think is wrong? I feed them salmon, earthworms, and pinkies

Couldn't hurt to have a fecal done and maybe give her some b vitamins(I have no idea how much, what brand, etc, though).

No respiratory signs other than opening/closing mouth?
