That would be a T.Sirtalis Concinnus, or an Oregon red spotted garter. You won´t have trouble finding info about it here, there is even member under the name of Concinnusman

    Re: ID this snake

Hey guys thanks. I saw the picture in a post yesterday with the following..
"1.1 pair of red sided garters...cb '12...feeding great on tuna right from the can!...only $40 for the pair..."

Of course I corrected him, but then he said.. "i feed them minnows, guppies, small frogs AND TUNA...not just tuna...lol"

He also posted that he got them in a trade and wanted to move them quickly and then someone posted "because garters are way boring"

Then I sarcasticlly posted "Yeah garters are boring, they don't sit in a ball 24/7 and you can't make any money off of them"

Anyways to make a long story short he sold the pair of garters to a nice woman who I directed to this forum and caresheet so hope fully she joins because she likes garters and in addition to this duo she just purchased she also has "a baby red sided"

DEFINITELY an Oregon Red-spotted Garter, they are commonly sold as Red-sided Garters. I bought mine as a Red-sided and later found out that it was an Oregon Red-spotted.

Good looking female. Needs to put on a little weight though.
Love to see an under the tail photo to confirm the sex.
