    failed shed?

Got a fox snake with a possible failed shed, I don't know what to look for. It seems to have bits of skin peeling off here and there , you can peel a small layer off the top of one scale but nothing else comes with it. What should I do?
Does your water bowl look like a toilet, it does? Guess I will have to change it again

Take a hard look around the eyes and vent for mites. If you don't see any crawling around, put it in a wet bag (very moist) in a warm place, and the snake should do the rest. This might offer a prime opportunity to give the enclosure a thorough cleaning, too.
