    Keep taking care of those concinnus babies and you just might end up with 43 inch females in about 8-10 years.

    Scott has a hybino plains female around 48" long.... he may have to post the photo, I am not sure where it is...I saved it somewhere on my computer....

    I don't get it. Looks like an Iowa to me, except that the stripe is orange. Why is it called "Hybino"

    I'm seriously inclined to believe that. Makes it easier to call it "the first" and charge $195 for a snake that really is nothing more than a $75 snake with slight difference in stripe color. I think I am beginning to get this marketing thing. It does just look like a very light colored iowa that inherited the dark orange stripe from it's red radix parent, and not much more than that.

    Honestly, albinos all look the same to me. Sure some of them have different patterns and colours but... I like my regular garter snakes.
