    Awwww Rhea they are beautiful. i love the banding. Milks right. i was going to get a Tangerine Milk before i saw my albino Checkered lol couldn't resist though lol

    Very nice looking Rhea, I've always had a soft spot for hognoses. Those guys in paticular are a very pretty species. I'll be interested to hear how they are for you....may have to get a pair myself.

    Ooooooh they are so beautiful!!!!! I love this coloring... I was seriously looking at milksnakes before I saw the blue garters... so are these hognose or milksnakes??

    Lori they are probably hogs lol i just guessed randomly but they looked like milk snakes to me lol

    They are Tri-Colour Hog Nose Snakes (Lystrophis matogrossensis).

    yes, they're hognoses
    and my feeling about them so far is that their personalities are just as lovely as that of my other hognose even though it is a different species
    I've never seen any quite as vividly coloured as these, especially the female
    and I got them for a decent price
