my snake is 16 to 18 inches long, just fed it 2 pinkies 2day how often should i feed it if it is eating 2, as i am new to snakes and its the first time it as had 2, thankx

it depends on the size of the pinkies
the garter I have that's about that size, I feed 1-2 large pinkies every five days and that seems to be about right
I give her two, but she doesn't always eat the second one

My male (65cm) gets one 4-6g mouse (average around 5g) every 7 days. Newborn pinkies weigh about 1g, week-old ones 2g.

I give my young one's an 'all you can eat' (normally fish, but afterwards also pinkies) meal once a week.
