shipping of 3 or 4 snakes from usa to germany?

does anyone know how much shipping of just a few snakes from usa to germany may cost? didn't really find anything about that.

well i was wondering about shipping snakes to the us but i was under the impression that i cannot do that

you should in most areas some states dont like/allow much or many reptiles but some do like texas our laws are awsome! you can have any indigenous venomous and non venomous snake without a permit.exotics that arent venomous are allowed without permit too except a few but all you got to do is goto wallmart and buy one for $20 and exotic venomous you need a different permit for and its a lot more complicated to get...and endangered species in texas are left alone as for any protected species...they arent allowed on pet trade but the species in the same genus/family whichever are allowed on pet trade...ex texas indigo snake is protected but other indigo snakes are allowed.

a friend here in Salt Lake City has import/export permits....I asked him, and as long as the reptiles being shipped in and out of Canada aren't listed on CITES, shipping is normal. permits are needed for CITES listed animals.

well some states put more regulations on what they allow you to keep for example a reticulated python is not legal to keep in many states with or without a permit but in texas with a permit you can keep them, if you live in one of the states its not allowed if gov. finds out wont you get in deep $hit...ohh i was talking about a permit to keep them not transport them...to me this argument can go either way.

It could be a lot less complicated if you had someone who could stash them in their car and drive them across the border into the U.S.A. and drop them off with someone who would be willing to ship them to a U.S. address. I have looked into shipping concinnus to Canada. Canada doesn't have a problem with this as far as laws go, and no permits would be required but the cost... OMG. It would be so much cheaper if I simply drove my car to Vancouver B.C. and shipped them from there. I could make the drive in about 5 hours from Vancouver, Washington U.S.A. to Vancouver, B.C. Canada.
