How many years has it been?

Hi all, I used to be on this forum every day, but ended up getting off for several years bc life kind of got in the way. At any rate, I still have garters and am trying to get back into doing the forum thing!

For those who remember me, my blind garter, Houdini, is still going strong at 17 years old! He got a nasty face wound a few weeks ago from snooting around and getting stuck on something in his cage, and I think even broke a bone in his snout. But, everything recently shed off after some super tedious wound care, and he's eating like crazy with no problems.

At any rate, looking forward to getting back to a place where I can talk with ppl who actually care about their animals instead of the crap I have to sometimes deal with at my pet store job.

Thanks guys! I've moved a bit away from garters since my pet store job has led to me adopting several animals that needed a home from the store, but I don't think I could ever truly escape my love of garters lol
