I took some people's advice and switched to aspen bedding, added some more hiding places. Here are pictures of her new and improved tank! She seems much happier.

Looks great! My only concern is that it looks like maybe some of the hides are positioned in a way that she could get under them and they could shift and pin her down. Make sure with hides, that if they are heavy, they are sitting on the glass and not on top of the substrate, so that she can't wedge herself underneath them and get pinned under them. And just make sure that things are positioned in a way so that nothing can topple over on her. Other than that, it looks awesome! I'm glad she is happy.
