Need some assistance

We have some garden snakes around our property however, I have found two in the basement of my home--it is a finished. How do I get them out? How do I avoid having more bred in the house?

Find every hole they might use to enter and block it. To my knowledge, there's no other way to keep them out.

Like they said every hole,crack,crevis needs to be blocked.Good Luck.Also what do they look like?

They will find away unless it's totally sealed and then it has to be checked every year or more. I have given up the fight and keep a tank empty for the winter ones who make it in.
