PA find-Identification Please!

So I'm driving back from Buffalo, NY Friday and about 45 minutes into the state of PA on 15 south I could not resist a quick herp hunt along this bog area. I forced the guy I was with to pull over so we could do a little hiking and caught this little guy! I think its a brown dekay but not totally sure. Any help would be great.

Its a garter. Eastern I'm guessing. It just doesn't have the stripe running down it's back.

that's an eastern garter snake, t. s. sirtalis for sure.
