    Recent ordinoides pics

Here are a few Northwestern Garter morphs I came across the other day in Del Norte County, California. Enjoy!

    No problem.

Very nice photos, there sure seems to be a lot of variation within ordinoides.

Great photos, Steven. Would you mind if they are copied into the forums Photographic Library? We don't have any ordinoides there as yet and this set show a lot of variation.

In that case, they should be 600 pixels wide.

Beautiful T. ordinoides, Steven. I SO want them again.
Stefan, the variation in ordinoides colouration is immense... more so than sirtalis, I think.

Definitely. I had pictures of 13 different ordinoides colour variants in a presentation I held a year ago. I would have had a lot more, but that's all I could get to fit properly on a single powerpoint slide. I got the point across anyway and people were impressed.

I wanted them too, until I heard that they prefer worms. I got enough of that crap last summer..
