    Got a new snake

well i haven't been on here in a while. I still don't have a garter either. but i did get something as close as it gets. a Striped Keelback AKA Indonesian Garter Snake. I have been wanting one of these little guys forever. I was in petco last night looking for a new filter for my fish tank. You just have to walk by the snakes if you are there so when i did i saw 6 little snakes poking their head out of the eco earth labeled at "garter snake". I HAD to snag on up. I really want two if i can house them together? think i can? should i go snag up another one? on a side note its funny how many people working at petco are terrified of snakes. oh yeah i will post pics later on when he gets settled

    Nice score!

I wish our local petco would get some of those.

yeah, you can keep several together
they're a lot like garters, but they're egg layers
