While on the forum I like check out the "Online Users"(left side of home page).
Clicking on that will expand your view to see what threads are being looked at.
One of the benefits is you get to see what the visitors are viewing. Many times these users are searching and viewing old threads that I would probably never see.
Many of those threads are years old and have not been posted to in a long time.
I've found most of these thread to be very enjoyable reading for educational purposes and some just for fun.
Here's my idea, if you find one of these treasures post a link to it so others can enjoy them.

Another fun thing to do is click on a user profile and look up all threads started under the "user statistics"....

Wow, that online users thing probably makes me seem like a total creeper as I have a tendency to pull up a page and leave it up for a very long time while I'm being distracted by other things
