Regurgitate? Help??

So i was spot cleaning my garters tank when i noticed this on one of the fake leaves. Is this regurg or poop? His previous poops dont look like this so im worried about him. Hes on fuzzies atm, little fur and what there is is all white.
Hes in a 10 gal, had him for bit over a month. Feeding f/t fuzzies every saturday; cool end mid 70s, warm end low-mid 80s and basking spot of high 80s-low 90s

Looks like a hair ball. Switch to pinkies, no hair, no problem.
