    Extra spots radix

Found this little beauty outside while worm hunting. Didn't get a chance to give her a hard look until this afternoon. Seems to have an extra row of spots or something. Very different pattern from all my others. Thought I'd post a couple of photos.

She has a great attitude and took a worm from me this morning.

Several a day would be close. Saw 5 last night during my worm hunt. Had been raining. Hand fed 2 big females. It was kind of funny, I had just started catching worms and had 5 in the bucket. I was out to get worms for my inside guests. After feeding the females the bucket was empty.
Before I know it, they'll be holding(figuratively speaking) little signs that read "will work of worms"

I was sitting outside the other day when one came out from under the deck and sat right beside me. He jumped when I moved but stayed there until I came back with some food.
    Can you say, SPOILED!

Awe she's so cute!!! We have an eastern garter snake we call Penny that lives along the side of the house and under the deck. She willingly takes worms from me... and she's gravid... It's nice to have a little wild friend sometimes! We see her just about every day
