marnie you have just touched on something on my to do list,which is to watch house, i know it received rave reviews and was a massive hit, but somehow i contrived to miss it, my plan is to wait for the first series to come down in price, as they normally do, and get it then .....but after due consideration the thought of Waynes face staring back at me through the TV, naar i think i will give it a miss

And an American who, despite the Eastenders fixation, does have a redeeming feature. Char and I watch House every week. I'm disappointed that Cuddy isn't in it now, there was a great dynamic between her and House, Foreman just doesn't cut it. I think Hugh does a great job passing as an American actor, a great contrast to his Blackadder and Jeeves and Wooster days.

I was watching Adult Swim last night and they showed the Family Guy where Peter went to Ireland to see his father. The name of the pub cracks me up. It's called "Wifey McBeaties"

You have no idea Chris, My faves are Mitchell & Webb look, Peep Show, Inbetweeners, Two pints and a packet of crisps, Father Ted, French and Saunders, Ab Fab, The New Statesman, How Not to live your life, Law and Order UK, Blackadder, Fry and Laurie, Enfield and Chums, etc, etc.......

I only turn on the TV for one show, Bones! The rest of the time I'm at one of my two jobs, online, reading, or taking care of the pets! When my boys are home, it's on the XBOX channel!
