I've decided to simply not pay my Sprint bill any more
or maybe to just return to the old-fashioned by snail mail way
every month their web-site drives me to the point where i want to smash the computer
at times I end up crying and being hateful to my family
yes, they've got great coverage and generally pretty good phones, but their customer service is almost as bad as that of the local post office
it's not fricking worth it
