I already said what it is. when you're on the tab or page you want to refresh (best just done with only one tab open) hold down the CTRL key while pressing F5 and wait for the page to reload. Parts of a web page (such as images and graphics) are cached on your hard drive for faster loading. What that does is make sure that the cached parts are re-downloaded from the server and replaced in your cache.

I don't really know enough about web page design to speculate what's going on here. I know very little about html. I just know the images aren't loading for you, for some reason. Thought the hard refresh might help.

Yeah, I do but I don't know anything about designing a web page. I don't know html. (Hyper text markup language) and even less about the software the forum uses.
