I'm pushing myself to get over my agoraphobia today. I'm going to see my friend and her boyfriend.
They're going to pick me up tonight and take me to the lake with them and hang out. I haven't seen her in almost 4 years, the last time I went to high school. Lets hope I don't have a panic attack and make myself look like a fool

I know I can. I'm working on it with my therapist. She helps me feel more encouraged and gives me ideas for it. I have to do it on my own, but she's there if I need help. Going with my friend is a seriously big step from where I'm at, but since I have the opportunity to do it, I figured it might be better to push my self a bit more and raise the bar.
