That whole entry looks like a joke to me. And it wouldn't surprise me to find out all the really high bits are made by the seller to discourage people from legitimately bidding on the item. But what do I know? I've heard of some very strange things being sold through Ebay. The Brothers Chapman once put up a half-eaten breakfast burrito from a Strong Bad email, and the thing nearly sold for several thousand dollars. They had to take it down, mainly because the ultra high bid was ruining the joke.

May I ask how exactly you came to have these skins?

Considering decomposition begins very quickly, I have to ask if you are killing live garter snakes to obtain these skins??

Strange how ebay forbids the sale of animals unless you murder them first.

and by the way, decapitation of snakes is extremely inhumane, the head and brain survive for a very long time due to the extremely low oxygen requirements of a reptile brain.
