He's had more than enough warnings and more than enough time to at least try to change things. He's an adult and needs to act like it. You can't stay 5 years old forever... Unless you have a serious mental disability that causes that. I have problems, but I at least TRY to manage them while I'm on here, because otherwise I'd probably make myself look like a really stupid person. It is hard to do sometimes, but that doesn't mean it's impossible.

He's hitting the bee hive with a stick and riling everyone up, constantly and continuously. There needs to be some punishment for misbehaving, we can't have people thinking it's okay to do it, and think that Richard is getting some sort of special treatment.
