I'll try a cold compress on it. I'm tempted to try the primrose oil since it's natural... Don't know if it's worth the risk.

I can't remember if this was for sunburn or not, I think so: White vinegar. I remember using it in Cancun on my honeymoon. I smelled like a salad but it helped!

I keep a small tub of vitamin E cream in the fridge. The cold feels good and the vit. E helps promote healing.

I stay out of the sun and wear a hat. Even though my red hair is now gone or brown I still burn easily.
I get out some to take in some vitamin D
Used to have a nice tan on my left arm. Cruiser tan we call it.

Haha, I stay indoors because of the agoraphobia, but as a part of the... I guess healing process, whatever you want to call it, I have to get outside, and since I was visiting my mom, I thought we'd be inside most of the time, but we weren't. We laid in the sun together and ate a sandwich and some candy.

I only have apple cider vinegar, and I know its good for the hair, not so sure about the skin. I used to use it as a bit of a conditioner, since I don't use shampoo or conditioner (sensitive to chemicals). I remember it burning my skin if I got it on it.

I just walked out and got my mail. Mostly junk mail and a few bills.

Apparently they don't know what a T. radix is.
