    Yeah, saw an article about Hamburg earlier today. Thought about posting it but didn't want to be the poster of "gloom and doom". Last I read the levy breach was over 200' wide. Quick search of google maps showed it was 60 or so miles below you.

    Ground water table on the rise. Pumps running more often.
    Laundry room floor wet this morning.
    The dam in Gavin's Point S.D. is now releasing 1.1. million gallons a second.

    Got out the sledge hammer and busted some floor up. Creating a low area for the water to follow over to a drain. Seems to be working so far.
    Just found out that Gavin's Point Dam is dumping the maximum amount of water possible. At least they can't send any additional water down to us now. We're still expecting a 5 foot rise in the river of the next few days.
    Praying the levee holds for the next couple of months.
