    You have better pic?It does'nt look like a texas garter.It is missing the bright orange stripe.Do redsides occur in texas?

    i will take better pics when i get a new battery pack for my camera i found him breeding texas females.and no we dont have red sides here just texas plains,western plains,and checkereds and its not a plains i have some of them

    here is one of the females i caught under the same piece of wood.accually the one he was breeding!and hasn't stoped.and she is gravid

    hmmm....has red spots on the sides and no orange stripe... looks like a red sider in that pic... have you started a gallery here?? save the pics in there and then copy them to the post, they show up bigger that way....

    Sorry about the bad picture...Actually had to turn the red saturation down because of all the red in the picture
