    Re: Lori's snakes and such

Lori... that is exactly the impression I got from my vet. That he really had not seen this before and did not know what to do.... so he gave h snake some shots and cream and hoped for the best. It kind of annoyed me......

I really hope the ointment helps you out!!!

Shannon, thanks... I was a bit annoyed too, it just seemed to me like he was shrugging his shoulders and telling me to try this... I'm not sure if he was just really rushed yesterday or what, but Curious definitely didn't get a lot of attention. But then again, this vet doesn't have much of a bedside manner so sometimes I think he comes off more abruptly than he means to. We'll see...

Oh! Widdo Riley! Tugging at my heart. I remember when Little Girl broke her leg. Went to the U of M Vet SCHOOL clinic.. Long story. But she had a cast for a while - complete with the stumpy-thing to step on like Riley!

Bless, you darling, for NOT putting him down and/or having his leg cut off because of the break. Many would; yes many would. You are WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside
from being a little mentally ill, she's pretty normal.
