caffine calms most people with adhd! i can drink two big things of MT.DEW and take a 2 hour nap!

I don't have adhd or anything like that but I can tell you that one cup of coffee in the morning wakes me up. Any more than that, and it's starts putting me to sleep.

If have insomnia and get up, have a cup of coffee, it helps me sleep.

That's weird. I cant have caffeine any time during the day, but if I had it at night I'd be up til morning. That's normal for me, except school's started so I'm in bed by 1 now... if it was any later I'd be dead in the morning :P
