i remember the last time they was around it was anywhere from 1999-2002 and they drove me up the wall but this time around i have not seen or heard a thing. not that i'm complaining or anything.

Well it is a kind of cancer. Cancer is just abnormal cells that reproduce and spread and that's what's going on here. They aren't normally painful though but having that many and if they continue to spread, it will kill the wabbit. If I found that animal I would euthanize it, not make a joke out of it on youtube.
