My husband plays Half-Life 2; I recognized the G-man in your avatar from watching my husband shoot all the aliens, etc. One cannot shoot the G-man....

Ah, finally somebody who recognizes at least one of the references to that game that I've made since I started playing.

I still have the drive that came with it back in 1985 or -86 when I got it. Parts are missing from it, but it still works. Or, it worked last time I had it hooked up, which must have been about 10 years ago.

Looking back, it's amazing the tape drive even worked as well as it did. Loading games on it, is like routinely making transatlantic flights with the Wright Flyer.

I'll have pay attention better, I'm sure I missed some since I'm not usually thinking about Half-Life 2 when I'm on this forum....

That figures. It's uttered by a friendly alien in Episode Two.

Well, in his favor, I did ask while he was watching a movie...he doesn't always multi-task well.

    need to ramble . . .
my neighbour's house is being resided, and I didn't so much mind the banging and popping when the old stuff was removed, but the compressor for the nail gun is driving me nuts
so now I've figured out why I haven't been able to think
yesterday I had a brief window of mental capacity and I used it well - finally figured out my sokoban of cages puzzle, and ended up moving a whole bunch of garters around, creating a new bachellor tank and putting a pair of parietalis together in the process
the parietalis male is already twitchy all over the female, and to my surprise and amusement, the vagrans male is twitchy all over the concinnus male

    Hi Guys.
I've been away for a while doing some stuff. But I'm back now. Judging by the two private messages I was swamped with in my absence, I've been sorely missed!
    James.
