I heard a similar story of an old woman who had a tomato seed embed itself into the soft palate in the roof of her mouth, under her denture. Of course it couldn't produce leaves, but the story has it that roots grew into her sinuses and required minor surgery to remove them. Probably rubbish, but might be true.

In my case it was caused by sauerkraut!!!

Is anyone else here sick? Because I have the worst cold/flu ever.. and what really sucks is that today is my b-day, and I'm too sick to do anything. I'm just laying in bed, feeling terrible.

go to the doctor, get medicine... there's a new strain of swine flu beginning to circulate that is especially dangerous because it combines the genetic material of swine, avian, and human flu virus. Happy birthday though, feel better!
