Here's a canvas photo of my boy Tank and I. I got him out and this is where he wanted to be while I worked on my tablet. He just wants to be close and will follow me all over the house.

Thanks Eddie. I am so proud of Tank and the great turtle he has become. He dropped his guard completely before I did. He stopped watching every move I would make. He accepts me and my contact. Whether it's just our talk time or a full turtle inspection, he gives me full access. I've dropped my guard also now. This closeness he wants is amazing considering he's suppose to be a lower thinking animal. If one of my kids take him out of his water he'll walk out into the living room and run to me much like a dog would. I believe he gets comfort from our contact. He certainly doesn't look at me as a rival male and he doesn't see me as a mate. I just call him my buddy and smile every time he gets excited to see me. I'm a blessed man.

He'll only be 8 on Sept. 28th. 40+ pounds at this point.

This is Jordan, a four spot pacman frog that I bought for my wife as a gift back in March at the Long Island Reptile Show. He/she was a little froglet when we got him, and he seems to be thriving in our care.

Jordan lives in a 10 gallon tank with a regulated heat pad ( Herpstat thermostat) and a uva/ uvb lamp. Eco earth and foliage (plastic) and a rock hide. Raised on nightcrawlers , live guppies , pinkies, and horned worms. He recently started being vocal. I say he now bc most say the males are the vocal ones of the sexes.
