I think it looks more vagransish to me but I certainly don't know much about this species/subspecies.

Be sure you watch the video before you try to I.D. the snake. Then you won't guess T.e.vagrans like I did.

I've seen enough of them in the wild. Without even playing the video, I'd say T. e. terrestris. Definitely. Sometimes they do look a bit like vagrans. Vaugely, that is. Sometimes the only trace of red is a few splashes on the underside, sometimes the whole snake is red / rust colored.
