Here's Tank waking up this afternoon.
I see him everyday day so I don't see the growing but the second photo reminds me of how big this boy is getting. It wasn't too long ago my hand could cover his shell. Looks like those days are gone.

He is maturing into a fine snapping turtle.

Thanks, I hope he makes it. It's already started running to my hands to sleep making little distress calls when I walk away (took less than 24 hours to figure out who brings the food...). So much for not getting attached

btw Steve, we got the milk-replacer recommended on one of those pages, and he's eating great now! Yes, it's 4 in the morning... The joys of nocturnal animals. Both of my frogs are freaking out because That Person keeps coming in there every four hours during dark-time.

Been busy with school but I am far from out of the hobby! NEW for 2013!!!

Alright guys so as you know I haven't been around recently and late last year I sold out a large portion of my collection because it was becoming too time consuming with my engineering degree but I still have quite a solid collection. **Mostly non-garters for now**

The Garter species I will be working with are infernalis and eastern black necks. I will probably be working with a few more but for now that is where my interest lies. Now on to the pictures.

First up is a few pics of the neon red line of crested geckos I have been working with. They are currently breeding and this upcoming offspring will be third generation red patternless. I have a rather large group of these, 8 eggs already, but I only snapped a few good pics. I will have babies and two excess males available this season.

Next up is a picture of my rhacodactylus leachianus and rhacodactylus chahoua. They are both 2012's but I have three female chewies and two unsexed leachies so if I get lucky enough I should have babies in 2014.

Finally my favorite acquisition of the season. The motley het blood from Mike Panichi. This is going to be a killer start to an awesome project if all goes well!

Good to hear. I rescued 3 babies from the street once. Their mother had been killed and babies slowly left her only to be killed themselves. I found the 3 still clinging to mom. A rescue person close by took them from me. She thought they would make it.
