That's a logical answer, and unfortunately it's probably the more likely. It's a very scary fact that people are capable of truly horrid acts with that intent in mind. An animal on the other hand is only capable of feeling it's base emotions and instincts

Sucks the snake had to die. Sucks even more that the video stopped short of identifying what the snake ate. You know darn well they found out. Seems likely it was a large pig.
