    Re: Pronouncing names

I think Gijs has the hardest name to pronounce right
It's like growling or like there's somethink in your throat.....GGGGGG and than i, but without the whawha......Gijs. You guys probebly don't understand it anymore (except for the Dutchies)

It's sooooo funny to hear an English person say Gijs name !!
Last year an English guy came to visit us, but at the end he gave up to say it right and he called Gijs just "G"
So if you can't figure it out, just call him "G"

And my name, Sabine, is quite easy.

    Do you have a microphone?

Do you pronounce Sabine with a silent 'e'?

In that case, it's not so easy. Sabine doesn't have a silent 'e' in most of the languages I'm familiar with.
