I have that same plant out front, and dragon flies everywhere. Looks like my yard.

I don't think its the flowers attracting dragonflies around here. It's the bird baths and irrigation I think. In the past 80 days or so it has only rained once (weeks ago) 0.4 inches, so its very dry.

Flower made a convenient rest stop after drinking. Then off they go. This one's not as colorful or large as some that come around but I like the blue eyes for sure.

I'll try to get some close ups of the ones around here, biggest ones I've seen. They get in the house a lot. Never knew they could bite (or whatever they're doing to my flesh) until I moved here. Cool lol

Unidentified fluffy thing that we found on a beach in Devon. Does any one know what it is?
