    Re: Whats cooking?

I think easterns, at least the northern ones(flames, mels) really need a very long brumation to have high odds of reproductive success. The mels where I am go under in early November and come up usually in the first two weeks of April. So that's a full 6 months, sometimes longer depending on the weather.

Easterns will always be my favorite though so I'm hoping you guys can produce well this year because I NEED to buy them from you lol.

Looks like 7 is the number. 3 perfect albinos and 4 perfect hets. Surprising because she had 25 babies last year. Mama and babies are doing well

    Re: Whats cooking?

My female T.similis dropped 22 healthy large scrubs. Pictures in the gallery. My anery/mel. redsided, T.parietalis dropped 19 3 jellies and 2 still born. Unfortunate that the only mel was one of the stills. However some are showing a pumkin orange coloring with a bleeding effect. The male was a holdback from a previous pairing of hers with a het albino. Ithought that he was het for albino and mel. due to his coloring.
