So, it looks as though Cuddles will be eating a worm today.

I think he will probably enjoy the worm, shame about the pinky - it reminds me of the mouse in the Ice Age films.

He probably will like the worm. Or a slug, though I'd have to go find a slug in the backyard, since all of mine died because I didn't take care of them while I was on painkillers xD He really loves slugs!

Once I get a steady guppy population in a few months, he'll have live fish for the diet. And they should be healthy, since I'll be raising them here at home and not getting them from a pet store.

Cuddles is about to shed for his third time. I just noticed the cloudy eyes when I put a new bulb in his lamp today.

Thanks for coming on and giving us an update, Ashley. Hope all goes well with his shed. If you have some time, it would be nice to see some pics of him after his shed!

I should be able to get some pics up. His eyes are back to normal...my guess is that he will shed on Friday, and I actually have free time then, so I'll be taking photographs.

With this being the 3rd shed you will be starting to build up a picture of the time gaps between different shed phases. It's worth keeping a note for each shed of when you saw them go blue, when the eyes cleared, and when the shed happens. Then you can start to know when he's been too long and may need help with the shed.
