    Visitors to the Ranch can't believe I have names for many of them and can pick them out.
    To them they all look the same but I see them and interact with them daily and know who's who.

    For the last few days in the morning I've been seeing this female radix(1st photo).
    I've named her Sunny since she's usually out basking when I see her.
    The secone snake is a first timer. Both snakes are living under my front porch which gives them access to the house by way of the secret entrance.

    What a shame.
    I found this large(probably gravid) adult T. radix dead in my front yard.
    Looks like a severe mover injury. She was able to make it to my front yard.
    She was given a proper burial.
    Terrible way for her and her babies to have lost their lives.
