    Beautiful!
I love high contrast in snakes, and these have that in spades!
I hope the color breeds true for you.

This group is awesome at feed time. All good eaters.
One of these little b/w scrubs is getting ready to shed.
I'll post a couple updated photos once that occurs.

    Michael,
I didn't see anything on the map showing that concinnus attraction you were at. What gives?

That's because it wasn't a concinnus. It was a red phase Puget Sound garter. T.s. pickeringii. Vancouver BC is a long ways from concinnus' range but red phase puget sound garters are very common there. Concinnus' are limited to Oregon's Willamette Valley and extreme SW WA. I suspect there are a lot of hybrids out there due to people making the same I.D. error. Remember shannon's "rainbow man" ? Not a concinnus but sold as one.

pugets from Vancouver B.C. look like this:

No, I belive she was not T.s. pickeringii. There was no blue. The more I remember and look at my T.s. fitchi, this was her.

I see an opportunity to educate you but I responded in the "oh so quiet" thread.
