I Think I'll try a ruler. There just the right width and just a bit short of the gap I need to cover. So I'll just use 2.

Just remember, if there's a hole big enough for them to squeeze through, they'll find it, reach it and use it. And they'll push lighter objects aside.

Sure, why not. I prefer to use frozen/thawed fish, though.

I found the middle bar that goes in the middle of the screens. But one of the screens is to big so it doesn't really work, I guess I'll have to go with the ruler anyways...

I haven't ordered any yet, and I won't be. I have LLLReptiles in 10minute drive. Also a LPS which also sells them. So I'll just buy one from one of those places. When I do buy some, I'll make sure to share =).
