Indeed. They're... 6 months old. ^^ At least most of them. It's hard to tell when all your garters keep giving birth in a pen outdoors. x.x

Well, the old pen from last year looked like this:


Lost the occasional snake due to escapes, but this was before the grass grew in around the base of the enclosure. This year we have a larger enclosure planned with a small pond in it.

BTW, that's not glass. Tis screen.

i would put a top on that i mean cats and birds and other predators could easily hurt some of them

We live in an extreme urban area, and I cover them up at night. They seem to do well with direct UV.
