I get it at WinCo Foods. Don't know if you have that store.

    I use a local market.

and Trader Joes, which I'm not sure about but it seems like a good source, no problems yet

Just mentioned the store because sometimes finding tubs of chicken liver isn't easy.

Well got a reply from Highliner about the frozen tilapia...

Thank you for visiting our High Liner Foods web site, and for your interest in our High Liner Tilapia Fillets.
Tilapia Fillets contain only tilapia; there is no sodium triphosphate used in the processing of this product.

Mrs. Boehlig, again, thank you for taking the time to contact us.

Looks like its good to go

eww to liver... snakes might think it is good but not a big fan myself, will see if I can find it.

Yeah, that's what it was. I kept saying wrong. At any rate you might as well feed your snake rock salt and expect it to survive. Unless you want your snakes to go into seizures and die an agonizing rapid death, watch out for sodium triphosphate.

Sorry about that, I was under the impression you were talking about Tilpia. Brain fart.

    Didn't find liver today

This should help you find them: http://www.fosterfarms.com/products/locate.asp

You're looking for a plastic container and when I found them, they were nowhere near the chicken or the beef liver. Go figure.

Looked everywhere, and asked. They didn't have any. I only went Walmart though (although you'd think they'd have it)

The walmarts (about 6 of them) in this town/county don't even have groceries. At all. Just McDonalds and Starbucks. LoL. But they did in Lewis/Thurston/Pierce counties. Went looking for tilapia one time there. ALL of it had sodium triphosphate in it.

Well there's Walmart, and there's Super Walmart, which has groceries. A lot of them. They don't call it that anymore though.
