I'd hate to see what happened if I got into that stuff... Certain brands of adderall(for my adhd while I'm in school) do stuff similar to that when I take it... It's pretty damn scary.

Nobody I know of actually "gets into it" but it's not as scary as you might think. Under the right conditions, it can even "fix" a person that struggles with "head" issues.

Adderall is speed. I would in good conscious recommend a mushroom trip at least once in a persons life, (had life-long lasting positive effect on me) before I would have someone dose up on speed regularly, (always a lot of bad negative side effects without much positive benefit) but that's just me I suppose.

From what you described it sounds like you got a case of amphetamine psychosis. That's never a good thing. You shouldn't take it if that's happening.
