Yup, really. It releases some kind of chemical in your body which is very good for you. A nice hug, that is of course, not a squeeze for the sake of it.
And yes, I'd be happy to oblige.
I'm glad that a lot of people are less scared of hugging their friends than they maybe were a few years ago. I have even noticed that young, straight men seem to be quite comfortable hugging each other.
