I keep seeing him falling down vents, getting stuck, or getting stepped on or grabbed by a baby. I can't lose him. I need him.

Re: Cuddles!
My baby pumpkin escaped and was gone for almost 2 weeks. He found a way to get away from the giant house spiders, cat and dog. I didn't think I'd ever find him, but one day he just slithered right out in front of me.

Re: Cuddles!
He'll turn up. We've all had escapes before. I found Toothless in a potted plant once. Willow got out and we found her trying to play the xbox 360. The key is not to panic and to be patient.

Re: Cuddles!
I'm more worried because we have daycare kids....that like to put everything in their mouths. I got my mom to agree to keep the cat out, at least, and keep an eye open. She'll talk to her husband too. But I'm also worried because I have surgery Friday morning and I am the only one who can catch him.

Re: Cuddles!
Fingers crossed.
Keep giving him warm, inviting places to hide, the towel is a good idea. Have a good rummage under the bed and bottom of the wardrobe, all those sort of places where they will hide out. He'll show up.

I've looked all over through the house and I still haven't seen him. I even checked all of the drawers in my dresser. Nothing.

Honestly, I was told not to look... Because when you actually look for him, you wont find him... He'll pop out when you least expect it. Don't give up hope.

Re: Cuddles!
I've laid some "traps" - towels along walls, piles of laundry, warm pile of towels, etc. But I need to find him fast. He needs to be fed before my surgery and if someone finds him after I've had it, they will be too afraid to touch him, which means he'll just get away again. And we have five kids over tomorrow...two of which are exceedingly wild, one of which is a baby who grabs everything, and another baby (this one walks) who likes to try to grab and squeeze the snake. If one of them found him before I did....it would end badly for someone. And there are so many vents to fall down and places to get crushed....if he were a bigger snake I would worry less. But he's still just a baby, and he's so small...
