    100+ pages, pretty wide subject, talks about a few species including brown treesnakes. Fairly basic, but at least it lists the articles they've cited, which is usually a good sign.

    To Serve Man is a good book, but bare in mind it is a cookbook. "Invasive Terrestrial Animals"... that would be humans.

    just dug two books about c.j.p. ionides off my book shelve after seeing a reference to him on the net. It is very many years since i last read them but i do remember him being a real quirky character but with a passion for snakes
    if i remember correctly he was a rampant misogynist [look that one up steve] amongst his many eccentricities the books to which i am referring are snake man by alan wykes and life with ionides by margaret lane
    the bonus for me is discovering that he had written a biography which is going on my wish list.
    lots and lots of snake storeys a real treat

    just finished Stephen King's latest Full Dark, No Stars. good book. now I am reading an old Isaac Asimov compilation....good old sci fi!
