Reviving this thread to show a new aquire I chosen
This one had a stunningly bright stripe compared to the other dozen I caught and then released. Even have a video on my phone of a big 3ft garter on the gravel road, possibly pregnant. tried striking at me after wiggling my finger, so I picked her up and put her in a safe place away from the road.
This is my new one, this one is super sweet, still a little bit skiddish and hasn't accepted a pinky yet, but I anticipate soon

Spot reminds me of my first snake (out of 3, 4 tomorrow). He's a redsided male and looks a LOT like him. They're my favorite snake, and i love normals most. Awesome snakes!!

I can do that, today since I'm not doing anything I'll steal the weigh scale from work and give all my snakes a measure and weigh in and take pictures, just hope my non garters won't tip the half pound limit

Your other snakes are awesome as well.I wanted to Thank you Steve for your help with the heating pad.
I have 4 Easterns(mine: Furbie and Whiplash; moms: Diamond and Silky) all are 5 and half months old. So much fun gaters are.
