    Very nice melanogaster, Wayne. Do you know the sub-species?
    I nearly bought 1:2 last year, but it didn't work out.

    Not sure James, I just double checked Scott's web site, and he only has them listed as Thamnophis melanogaster.

    He sure is an interesting looking Thamnophis, and a voracious eater.

    Sorry to hear that yours fell through.

    It's great to see people working with the less common of the less common.

    That's a neat looking snake, the head shape is very interesting. I wonder if it seems to have longer teeth as well or are you able to tell at all at this size/age?
